Village at Hyde Park

The three-story garden apartment building provides affordable housing to low-income individuals and families and access to on-site supportive services. The development also provides units accessible to persons with mobility, hearing, and/or vision impairments. Outdoor amenities include a playground, seating areas, and open recreational space for all residents to enjoy.

The common areas in the building provide the following: property management office, case management offices, computer lab and library, conference room, storage space, flexible multi-use space, kitchenette/break room, maintenance shop with storage, and secure indoor bike storage for residents. There are also laundry rooms available to residents as well as free wireless internet access in the clubhouse community space.
