Our diversified multi-state portfolio includes apartment complexes, condominiums, townhomes, single family homes, commercial buildings, and shopping centers. We currently manage approximately 190+ properties including 9,910+ multi-family units and 435,000+ square feet of office and retail space in 7 states. We have extensive experience in the management of both conventional and affordable housing under a variety of state and Federal programs.

We understand the need to mitigate risk and maximize returns, while serving as responsible stewards of your property. Our experienced accounting staff provides comprehensive financial reports, including interpretative commentary, on a monthly basis. Our property management team provides our clients with value-enhancing information to allow the ownership to set both short-term and long-term goals, and make informed decisions that serve to improve the overall value and efficiency of the property. Our Executive staff maintains a direct involvement in each of our properties and provides the guidance and tools to enable the management team, the on-site personnel, and each property to excel.
