Renaissance Village

Renaissance Village lives up to its name. The once boarded-up and abandoned Brandywine Court Apartments has blossomed into a thriving community asset. Here, formerly homeless individuals and families and those at risk of homelessness find a peaceful place to call home. We provide voluntary, individualized support services to all residents, helping them regain and maintain their ability to make positive contributions to the community they now proudly call home.
