Saint Francis Commons

New construction of 30 SRO units of affordable housing for chronically homeless veterans. The successful development operates through a robust partnership with the Department of Veterans Affairs, and includes a community Food Pantry and Thrift Store. The development receives 100% rental assistance with robust supportive services through the VA's Project CHALENG subsidy, and was financed with hard debt and federal LIHTC.
