Project Details
Campbell Estates will feature a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units, with the first phase consisting of 32 units.
The overall plans indicate eventual development of up to 60 residential units in total.
Construction began in 2024, following the demolition of Gibson Terrace to make way for the new community.
Funding for the project included $11 million in LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) equity, ensuring that it remains affordable for local residents.
The first phase is expected to provide much-needed housing options for the area, particularly focusing on affordability and community revitalization.
