Wayne Densch Apartments

The Wayne Densch Apartments is a rehabilitation project that provides 75 units of high quality, service-enriched affordable and supportive housing. Wayne Densch’s focus is on homeless persons and families and those at risk of homelessness. A brand-new community center is currently being constructed on the property. It is slated to open in the spring of 2024.
