About the Community
The three story building consisting of 36 units is designed to meet the housing needs of persons age 55 and older by providing affordable rental housing and support services to the residents of the building. The building contains 12 one bedroom , one bathroom apartments with 675 square feet of living space and 24 two bedroom, one bath apartments with about 856 square feet of floor space. Four of these apartments are fully handicap accessible for persons needing these features. The building is equipped with an elevator. Each apartment includes Energy Star rated windows, appliances, including a dishwasher, washer and dryer hook-up (2 bd only), walk in storage closet for 1 bedroom units, central heating and air conditioning in each unit. Building amenities include over 2500 square feet of community space for a fitness room, computer room, 2 community rooms and laundry facilities on each floor. Entrance to the building is limited to the keyless fob system and airphone for visitors in rear entrance lobby.
