Melody Grove

Melody Grove is a 79-unit affordable housing community located in the heart of Waco. We offer one and two bedroom apartment homes for adults 55+ and older, as well as multifamily households. It is tax credit with project based vouchers. Also, minutes from Baylor University and the Magnolia Silos, shopping, dining, healthcare and other attractions.
