High School Park

High School Park is a 50 unit duplex, townhouse community located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The community includes 40 affordable housing homes, 10 market rent homes that range from two to four bedrooms, and eight homes that are designed for those with disabilities. This gated community has a playground exclusively for our residents. We offer monthly community events and neighborhood watch meetings with local law enforcement. We are close to shopping and there is a bus stop on the adjacent street along with multiple parks and schools nearby.
