Edna Craven Estates stands as a seven building, 164-unit housing development in the heart of the City of Rochester.
The project consists of apartment buildings, as well as townhouses, with 20 units set aside for survivors of domestic violence and 20 units set aside for individuals with severe mental illness.
CDS is partnering with Willow Domestic Violence Center and Helio Health to provide outstanding service to these individuals and families.
