CCM consists of three properties and stands for Clark Court, Carver Court and Meadow Park. It is 233 units total. It’s 100% Tax Credit with 58 project-based vouchers and 175 RAD-PBV units. This is a rehab project with historic tax credits. Clark Court will feature a food truck district at a later date as well as a community garden.
